Purpose
Management of ticket purchases for shows; management of subscriptions to the lliureonline.com platform; processing for commercial purposes, processing offers, information and commercial proposals and producing satisfaction surveys, profiles, market studies and statistical analyses.

Authorisation
The consent of the data subject, necessary for the performance of an agreement and, in certain cases, legitimate interest.

Data storage
Until the service has been completed or while there is a legal obligation.

Recipients
Your data will only be processed by TLL with the exception of cases in which it is necessary in order to comply with the purpose directly related to the organisation, payment, arrangement and attendance at the show or service contracted or when there is a legal obligation.

Source of the data
You provide us with data on your own responsibility and have the consent of the data subject if they are not your data.

Rights
To access the data, rectify them and erase them; and also other rights, as explained in the additional information.
To submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (http://apdcat.gencat.cat/).

Who is the controller of your personal data?
FUNDACIÓ TEATRE LLIURE-TEATRE PÚBLIC DE BARCELONA is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs him/her that these data will be processed in accordance with that stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The operations for which processing will be performed are:

• Management of the sale of tickets for shows.
• Management of the subscription for the lliureonline.com platform.
• Sending advertising commercial communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, through social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications to be sent. Such communications must be sent through the CONTROLLER and must be related to its products and services, or its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In the latter case, third parties will never have access to the personal data.
• Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.
• Processing orders, responding to questions or any type of request that the USER makes through any of the means of contact made available on the CONTROLLER'S webpage.
• Sending the online information bulletin about news, offers and promotions in our business.

For what reason do we process your personal data?
Because the processing is authorised by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and the information bulletin.
• Because it is necessary to perform an agreement for the purchase of tickets and subscription to the lliureonline.com platform.
• Due to the CONTROLLER'S legitimate interest: performing market studies, statistical analyses, etc. and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data for?
They will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal provisions that require safekeeping of them and, when they are no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure anonymisation of the data or their complete destruction.

Who do we provide your personal data to?
No communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, if it is necessary in order to carry out and perform the purposes of the processing, to our providers of services related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into nondisclosure and processing agreements required by the privacy regulations in force or when there is a legal obligation.

What are your rights?
The USER's rights are:

• The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data and limitation or objection to processing of them.
• The right to submit a claim to a supervisory authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) if you consider the processing is not in accordance with the regulations in force.

The user, by checking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that his/her data are necessary to handle his/her request.

The CONTROLLER will state which data are necessary in order to provide an optimal service to the user. If the data are not provided, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely in accordance with your needs.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and accepts responsibility for communicating any change to them.

In accordance with that stipulated in the regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all of the provisions in the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data it controls, expressly in accordance with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER warrants that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures stipulated in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has given them adequate information so they may exercise them.
